Ingredients

  • 32 ounce bag of frozen meatballs
  • 12 ounce jar pepperoncini pepper and the juice
  • 1 package au jus gravy mix
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1 package ranch mix 2 tablespoons homemade ranch mix
  • 8 Tablespoons salted butter

Instructions

  • Spray the slow cooker with non stick spray or line with a slow cooker liner.
  • In the pot of your crockpot place the frozen meatballs, beef broth, Pepperoncini Peppers and the juice.
  • On top of the meatballs add the gravy mix, ranch mix, and butter.
  • Turn the crockpot to low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once the meatballs are cooked and the sauce is made stir well to get the sauce coating the meatballs.
  • Then serve as desired.
