  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Spray a raised rim baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or drizzle olive oil on the pan and use a pastry brush to grease the baking sheet.
  • Crack the eggs onto the baking sheet, be sure to remove any pieces of shell that accidentally get onto the eggs or baking sheet. Sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper if desired.
  • Place the baking sheet into the oven and bake for the time needed to get the desired yolk consistency that you want.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the eggs to cool a bit. Cut the eggs into individual portions so each one has a yolk and then serve as desired.
