Make your eggs by your preferred method of sheet pan scrambled eggs, sheet pan fried eggs, or muffin tin eggs.
While the eggs are cooking cook the sausage. Shape the sausage into 6 patties. Cook the patties in a nonstick skillet on the stove over medium heat.
Once your sausage patties are done and the eggs allow them to cool for a bit.
Next, it is time to assemble them.
Split the English muffin in half and place the bottom half down with the inside facing up. On the bottom piece of your English muffin put your egg, then a sausage patty, then the slice of cheese, and put the top of the English muffin on.
