Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup light cream can also use heavy cream half and half or milk.
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch black pepper

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350.
  • Crack the eggs into a large bowl.
  • Then add the light cream, salt, and pepper to the bowl and use a whisk to mix well. Be sure to break up all of the yolks while mixing.
  • Next, spray the baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and pour egg mixture into the baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and then stir in the baking dish with a rubber spatula.
  • Bake for another 5 minutes and then stir again with the rubber spatula.
  • Bake for another 5 minutes and give another mix and the eggs should be fully cooked at this point and remove from the oven. If the eggs need more time cook for an additional 3 minutes.
