3 pound pork roast 12 ounce jar pepperoncini peppers and the juice 1 packet au jus gravy mix 1 package ranch dressing mix or 2 tablespoons homemade ranch mix 8 tablespoons salted butter 3 tablespoons olive oil
Spray the slow cooker with nonstick spray or line with a slow cooker liner.
In a skillet over high heat add the olive oil and then sear all sides of the pork roast. You want all sides of the pork roast to be seared.
Add the pork roast to the slow cooker.
Top the roast with the au jus mix, ranch mix, butter, pepperoncini peppers, and pepperoncini pepper juice.
Turn the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours.
With two forks shred the meat into bite-size pieces – you can do this in the slow cooker. Then serve as desired.
