Add the half and half, heavy cream, and sugar to a saucepan.
Heat the mixture over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved, and then remove from the heat.
Add in the flavor addins while the mixture is still warm and stir well to combine.
Allow the creamer mixture to cool for 5 minutes and pour it into a mason jar or other storage jar.
Allow to cool to room temperature and then store in the fridge.
