  • Wash the onion and bell pepper and dice.
  • In a large sauce pan over add a drizzle of olive oil, the diced onion and diced bell peppers.
  • Cook until the onions are soft.
  • Add the ground chicken and garlic to the pan. Cook the chicken, breaking you the chicken into small pieces until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  • Once the ground chicken is cooked all the way thru, add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, tomato paste, and chicken broth.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until the sauce has reduced.
