Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish or a casserole dish with cooking spray.
Cut the Brioche bread into 1-inch cubes.
Spread the brioche evenly in the pan.
In a small bowl, add the eggs, milk, and heavy cream and mix well to combine.
Add the butter to a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 45 seconds to melt the butter.
Add the melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the milk and egg mixture and mix well to combine.
Pour the mixture over the brioche and let sit for 30 minutes for the bread to absorb the mixture.
Heat the oven to 350° and bake the brioche casserole for 40 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with a drizzle of maple syrup, fresh berries and fresh fruit.
