Baked Corn on the Cob

Oven baked corn on the cob is an easy to make, just about no prep corn on the cob recipe. Roasting corn on the cob in the oven is one of the easiest ways to make corn on the cob.

Ingredients

  • 5 Ears of Corn with husk
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • Freshly Chopped Parsley optional
  • Butter optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the butter and stir in the garlic salt; set aside.
  • Peel the husk down to the base and remove the corn silk, with the husk still intact.
  • Brush the butter mixture onto all ears of corn and cover back up entirely with the husks.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes and enjoy.
