Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 6 Bagels
  • 6 Slices of american cheese
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 3 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  • Make your eggs by your preferred method some of our favorite ways to make eggs are oven baked scrambled eggs,  sheet pan scrambled eggs, sheet pan fried eggs, or muffin tin eggs. or you can cook them on the stove top in a pan if desired.
  • While the eggs are cooking make your bacon. Cut the bacon strips in half before cooking.
  • Slice each bagel in half and toast them. Spread a thin layer of butter on each side of the toasted bagel.
  • Once the bacon and the eggs are done cooking, it is time to assemble the bagel sandwiches.
  • On the bottom half of the bagel place the egg.
  • Then layer the bacon on top of the egg.
  • Next, add the slice of cheese.
  • Place the top of the bagel on top of the cheese.
  • Once you have assembled them all wrap them for the freezer or serve.
