Valentine's Day  White Chocolate Hot Cocoa Bombs

Ingredients

– White Chocolate Candy    Melts – Strawberry Milk Powder – Marshmallows – Pink Sanding Sugar

Melt candy melts in the microwave. Using a spoon fill the molds with the melted chocolate.

Repeat with all bomb mold halves.  Place the chocolate filled molds into the freezer for 5 minutes.

Gently remove chocolate from molds.  Fill half of the molds with strawberry milk mix and marshmallows.

Heat a plate or a flat-bottom bowl. Gently melt the rim of one chocolate cup against the warm place. Immediately press this warmed edge chocolate cup to the top of one of the filled hearts to join the two halves.

Using a piping bag, apply a dollop of candy melts on one corner, immediately followed by a sprinkling with the pink sanding sugar.

Place the hot cocoa bombs into the freezer for 5 minutes to get them to set, then remove and store in an airtight container until you’re ready to use.
