Grinch Cake Mix Cookies

This Grinch Cake Mix Cookie recipe uses just a handful of ingredients to make the perfect easy Christmas cookies.

Ingredients

– Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. – In a large mixing bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil. Stir until well combined. Add 3-5 drops of green food gel coloring (till you get to the green grinch color you want)

– Pour your powder sugar into a bowl. – Scoop them with a 1 tablespoon size scoop. Roll your dough into a ball and roll the balls in the powder sugar.

– Place the cookies on a sheet pan leaving two inches in between each cookie. – Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

– While cookies are cooling mix 1 tablespoon powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of water to make a “cookie glue”.– Put a dot of cookie glue on the back of each red heart sprinkle and place a red heart sprinkle on the right side top of the cookie.
