Cook your bacon, broccoli, chicken, and potatoes.
Shred your chicken into bite size pieces and crumble your bacon.
Add your potatoes to the bottom of a greased 9x13 in an even layer.
Add your shredded chicken on top of the potatoes.
Note: You can use leftover chicken breast or cook according to your favorite method.
Shred with 2 forks or a stand mixer.
Top the chicken layer with the broccoli.
Note: Check the post for instructions on how to roast the broccoli. Roasting, air frying, or in a cast-iron skillet seem to work best for this recipe.
In a medium bowl mix together bacon, green onions, chicken broth, sour cream, cheese, paprika, salt and pepper.
Reserve some of the cheese, bacon, and green onion for the top.
Spread your sour cream mixture over the top of the broccoli.
Cover with alumni foil and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Uncover, top with the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
