I am always looking for a great wow factor without all the work. This fruit salad is so simple my toddler was able to get in the kitchen and help me out. My baby loves all the scraps from the watermelon. If you don’t want the scraps you can turn it into this yummy watermelon juice.

I love this Watermelon stars fruit salad because it is refreshing but it also has some great fun to it with the watermelon being cut into star shapes. Cutting the watermelon is not hard and it is one of the things you can have the kids do to help out when making this watermelon stars fruit salad. You can also add other fruit to this fruit salad it you want, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries or any other red or blue fruit 🙂

• Different size star cookie cutters
• 1 cup Watermelon
• 2 cups Blueberries

Watermelon Stars Fruit Salad Directions

Cut your watermelon into round slices slightly thinner than your cutters.

Press your cutter though the watermelon making sure to keep them close together.

Arrange them on your serving platter.

Sprinkle blueberries all over the watermelon.
