Since going Keto I have been looking for ways to make some of the things that were treats before into healthy meals. We don’t eat fast food very often, but whenever we went to McDonald’s I got a a Big Mac. If you are a fan of the McDonald’s Big Mac then you are going to love this Big Mac Salad! This Big Mac Salad is super easy to make. Cook some ground beef, slice some veggies and make the easy Big Mac Sauce dressing.
The great thing about this easy Big Mac Salad Recipe is that everyone in my house, even those who are not keto love this salad! I can make this easy salad for dinner and everyone is happy.

This Big Mac Salad Recipe is also perfect for lunch! If you are doing meal planning you can easily prep all of your ingredients, allow the meat to cool and put the salad together. Then when it is time to eat, just pour the Big Mac Salad dressing on top.
Variations of this Recipe
Change up the Veggies. You can add more veggies to this salad if you want to, while the traditional Big Mac doesn’t have any other veggies then the ones I have included, this salad tastes great adding bell peppers and cucumbers to it as well.
Change up the lettuce. You can change up the lettuce and use Romain or bib lettuce instead of Iceburg lettuce.
Change up the meat. If you are not a fan of ground beef you can also use ground chicken or ground turkey.

- Cooked and Seasoned ground beef
- Lettuce
- Red onions
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Tomatoes
- Dill Pickles

- mayonnaise
- yellow mustard
- pickle relish
- white vinegar
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- paprika
How to Make Big Mac Sauce
In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika and set aside in the fridge.
How to Make Big Mac Salad
Make the dressing and put in the fridge to cool.
Wash and chop veggies.
Cook ground beef.
Place Lettuce in bowls and top with veggies and ground beef and then drizzle with Big Mac Salad dressing.
Mix it all up and enjoy!

- 6 cups iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup red onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup dill pickles diced

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

How to Make Big Mac Sauce
- In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika and set aside in the fridge.
How to Make Big Mac Salad
- Cook the ground beef in a large pan over medium high heat until well browned. Drain the grease from the beef. Season with the salt and pepper and set aside.
- While the meat is cooking, wash and chop the lettuce and place into 4 bowls.
- Next wash and slice the onions and tomatoes and place on top of the lettuce.
- Chop the pickles and place on top of the lettuce.
- Shred the cheese if you are not using preshredded cheese and place on top of the lettuce.
- When the meat is done cooking add the meat on top of the lettuce.
- Drizzle with Big Mac Sauce Dressing.
