Tips for Making this recipe
Melting the chocolate. You can melt the chocolate in the microwave on 30 second intervals or you can melt chocolate in a double boiler. It all depends on personal preference.
Use glass cups. After you have dipped the pretzels in chocolate and the sanding sugar flip them upside down and place them in a glass so they are not touching each other to have the chocolate harden if you do not have any wax paper on hand.
Dip while the chocolate is still warm. To get the most sanding sugar on the bottom of the marshmallows you want to dip them in the sanding sugar as soon as you have dipped them in the chocolate.
