This homemade Pedialyte has the perfect balance of sugar and electrolytes needed for fast rehydration when a child is vomiting or has diarrhea.
If the person who is sick is having trouble keeping liquids down, start by taking small sips every fifteen minutes. Increase the amount little by little. You can also give a pedialyte pop instead of having them drink it.

- 3 1/2 cups cold water

- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons Raspberry Jello-O Powder

In a large pitcher mix salt, sugar and Jello powder.
Then add in the hot Water and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour in the 3 1/2 cups of water and serve right away or store in the fridge.
