Tips for Making Portobello Mushroom Pizza
When you are making this keto friendly pizza with Portobello mushroom, you do not want to remove the mushroom gills. They are going to hold the sauce in.
If you are wanting to make tiny pizzas you can trade out the portobello mushrooms for button mushrooms, then you will end up with mini pizzas.
Do not over bake, watch the pizza and check every few minutes. They won’t take long to cook but if they cook to long they will have to much liquid come out of the mushroom.
You can use whatever toppings you want to.
Get the stem of the mushroom as low as you can to keep the pizza toppings in place.
