I love quick and easy snacks and lunches especially as we get in to the back to school season. We home school so I want lunch to be quick and easy, but if your kiddos are heading out the door for school these 3 ingredient banana peanut butter rollups are perfect for packing healthy lunches for kids too!

Variations of this recipe
Mini Chocolate chips. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips after spreading the peanut butter, before placing the banana on the tortilla.
Honey. Drizzle honey after spreading the peanut butter, before placing the banana on the tortilla.
Coconut. Add shredded coconut after spreading the peanut butter, before placing the banana on the tortilla.
Use Different nut butters. If you have a peanut allergy you can use any nut butter or sunflower seed butter in place of the peanut butter.
Make it low Carb. Use a low carb tortilla and natural peanut butter for a sweet low carb treat.
What to serve with Roll Ups
These Banana tortilla rollups are great for having lunch at home or if you are packing a lunch. If you are packing them in a lunchbox I suggest using a bento box or lunch box containers. - tortillas – you can use any that you like, whole wheat, low carb or flour.
- Peanut butter
- Bananas
How to Make Peanut Butter Banana Roll Ups
Spread peanut butter on the whole tortilla, go heavy on the peanut butter.
Peel the banana and lay it in the center of tortilla and roll the tortilla starting on one side to over the banana and then keep rolling until the who thing is in a roll shape.
Slice into 1 inch rolls.

- 3/4 cup Peanut butter
- 6 Bananas
Instructions
