Cut the fruit in half with a knife.
Using a spoon, scoop out the passion fruit pulp and passion fruit seeds and put into the blender.
Add in the cold water and sugar to the blender, pulse about 15 to 20 times until well blended, making sure the seeds don’t get too small.
