Tips for Making Baked Scrambled Eggs
Use the Right Dish: A glass or ceramic baking dish works well. Ensure it’s large enough to allow the eggs to spread out and cook evenly.
Grease the Dish: Lightly butter or oil the baking dish to prevent sticking.
Whisk the Eggs Thoroughly: Beat the eggs well to incorporate air, making the scrambled eggs fluffy.
Remove and Let Set: Take the dish out of the oven and let the eggs sit for a few minutes. They will continue to cook slightly from the residual heat.
