I know you all might be tired of hearing me say this, but I am going to say it again in this Low Carb and Keto at Wendy’s post because the comment keeps being made. It is well known that fast food is not a healthy option, it is a HEALTHIER option when it comes to food.

If you order your sandwiches with no bun, it will come in a side container along with a fork and knife. Be sure you ask for your desired condiments on the side as they will not be put on top. If you want your sandwich in a hand-held form you can ask that it’s made as a lettuce wrap.

Burger are an easy thing to order keto and low carb at Wendy’s. All burgers can be ordered without a bun. You can also change up the toppings that you put on them to adjust your carb counts to what you need. Now if you are like me and have a kiddo who made an opps on their order, you can remove things like onions easy. As you can see in the pic above, which was my kids burger, it is really easy to pick off things like onions!
