This Keto Diet Meal Plan can be adjusted to what works for you. If there is a recipe that has ingredients you don’t like you can switch it out for a different recipe. You can also adjust your servings and your meals to fit with in your macros for the day.
I also know that not everyone eats 3 meals a day and a snack, so totally make the meals work for you. If you don’t eat breakfast, just skip that one. Personally I have coffee for breakfast, either Keto Coffee or Bulletproof Coffee.
Whenever we have salads, I make full of veggie salads with lettuce, green peppers, lunch meat, cheese ect that fits in with what I need for the day. I cut the veggies up and the meats up and let everyone make their own salads.
I didn’t include desserts in the meal plan, however if you are wanting some tasty Keto Desserts we have quite a few that we love. I make them as needed, I don’t actually plan for them in my meal plan.

Sunday
Breakfast: Bacon Egg and cheese sandwich on Keto Bagels
Lunch: BLT Avocado Lettuce Wraps
Dinner: Steak on the grill with keto jalapeno poppers and salad
Monday
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and avocado slices on Keto Bagels
Lunch: Lemon Garlic Shrimp (make Sunday night to be reheated for lunch time)
Dinner: Pizza on Cauliflower Keto Pizza Crust
Tuesday
Breakfast: Avocado Egg Nest
Lunch: BLT Avocado Lettuce Wraps
Dinner: Chicken Parmesan spaghetti squash (using baked chicken instead of breaded) and salad
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and avocado slices on Keto Bagels
Lunch: Chunky Avocado Dip with Keto Cheese Crackers
Dinner: Cheddar Ranch Chicken with Bacon Green Beans
Thursday
Breakfast: Avocado Egg Nest
Lunch: Lemon Garlic Shrimp (Leftover from when made on Sunday)
Dinner: One Pan Baked Chicken and Veggies Dinner – I won’t eat the potatoes but my family will.
Friday
Breakfast: Sunnyside up eggs and bacon/sausage. Fruit Salad made with Strawberries and Blueberries.
Lunch: Chunky Avocado Dip with Keto Cheese Crackers
Dinner: Steak Kebabs Recipe with salad
Saturday
Breakfast: Sunnyside up eggs and bacon/sausage. Fruit Salad made with Strawberries and Blueberries.
Lunch: Left overs from the week.
Dinner: Grilled keto Salmon with Avocado Salsa .
Sunday
Breakfast: Sunnyside up eggs and bacon/sausage. Fruit Salad made with Strawberries and Blueberries.
Lunch: BLT Avocado Lettuce Wraps
Dinner: Cheesy Oven Baked Parmesan Chicken, salad and a veggie
