This Keto Diet Meal Plan can be adjusted to what works for you. If there is a recipe that has ingredients you don’t like you can switch it out for a different recipe. Keto Diet Meal Plan
I know that not everyone eats 3 meals a day and a snack, so totally make the meals work for you. If you don’t eat breakfast, just skip that one. Personally I have coffee for breakfast, either Keto Coffee or Bulletproof Coffee most days. I have included breakfast ideas for you as well for those of you who do eat breakfast in the mornings.
One thing I find that makes my life easier is to prep snacks and have them already in snack containers so it is easy for me to grab and go as needed. We have a great list of Keto Snacks that you can check out if you are looking for more keto snack ideas.
You can also use meal prep containers and do the same for lunches if it will make your life easier. I know it makes my life easier to be able to grab and go.
Whenever we have salads, I make full of veggie salads with lettuce, green peppers, lunch meat, cheese ect that fits in with what I need for the day. I cut the veggies up and the meats up and let everyone make their own salads.
Keto Diet Meal Plan: Week 2
In general I have the same snacks every week only because it is easier and I know what I can have to stick with what I need to.
Snacks:
- Everything Bagel Celery
- string cheese
- Keto Cheese Chips and Chunky Avocado Dip

Sunday
Breakfast: Bacon Egg and cheese sandwich on a Keto Bagel (When you make the bagels store them in the fridge for the rest of the week unless everyone in your house is having them)
Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps using Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip
Dinner: keto Cheeseburger Soup and salad
Monday
Breakfast: Bacon Egg and cheese sandwich on a Keto Bagel
Lunch: Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip with Celery to dip using the left overs from making it the day before.
Dinner: Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo and salad
Tuesday
Breakfast: Eggs and sausage or Bacon – scrambled or sunnyside up depending on my mood.
Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps using Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip
Dinner: Chicken Bacon Ranch Soup and Salad
Wednesday
Breakfast: Baked Avocado with Egg and Bacon
Lunch: Keto Cheese Chips with Chicken Salad
Dinner: Crock-pot Bacon Cheddar Cauliflower Soup and Salad.
Thursday
Breakfast: Bacon Egg and cheese sandwich on a Keto Bagel
Lunch: Portobello Mushroom Pizza
Dinner: Shrimp Alfredo Recipe with Zoodles and salad
Friday
Breakfast: Eggs and sausage or Bacon – scrambled or sunnyside up depending on my mood.
Lunch: Portobello Mushroom Pizza
Dinner: Chicken Bacon Ranch Zucchini Boats
Saturday
Breakfast: Bacon Egg and cheese sandwich on a Keto Bagel
Lunch: Clean out the fridge day, any left overs in the fridge everyone can grab for lunch. or If needed Pizza Zucchini Bites.
Dinner: Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings and Roasted Parmasean Asparagus
