Here is this week’s Keto Diet meal plan! I hope that these meal plans each week help you with figuring out what to make for your meals.

I know not everyone eats 3 meals a day and a snack, so totally make the meals work for you. If you don’t eat breakfast, just skip that one. Personally I have coffee for breakfast, either Keto Coffee or Bulletproof Coffee.
I didn’t include desserts in the meal plan, however if you are wanting some tasty Keto Desserts we have quite a few that we love.

Sunday
Breakfast: Bacon, sausage or pork roll with eggs
Lunch: layered taco dip – using celery and cucumbers for dipping
Dinner: Baked chicken and veggies
Monday
Breakfast: Bacon, sausage or pork roll with eggs
Lunch: layered taco dip – using celery and cucumbers for dipping
Dinner: DIY Salad night, Salads with turkey, cheese, cucumbers and whatever other salad toppings everyone wants with Garlic Lime Dressing or ranch.
Tuesday
Breakfast: Bacon, sausage or pork roll with eggs
Lunch: layered taco dip – using celery and cucumbers for dipping
Dinner: Crockpot Italian Chicken and some veggie
Wednesday
Breakfast: Bacon, sausage or pork roll with eggs
Lunch: layered taco dip – using celery and cucumbers for dipping
Dinner: Shrimp Boil – making a double batch
Thursday
Breakfast: Bacon, sausage or pork roll with eggs
Lunch: Everything Bagel Celery
Dinner: Shrimp Alfredo Recipe with Zoodles
Friday
Breakfast: Bacon, sausage or pork roll with eggs
Lunch: Everything Bagel Celery
Dinner: Grilled steak with Wrapped Asparagus
Saturday
Breakfast: Bacon, sausage or pork roll with eggs
Lunch: left overs
Dinner: Burrito bowls
Sunday
Breakfast: Bacon, sausage or pork roll with eggs
Lunch: turkey, bacon and cheese rollups
Dinner: Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash
