Keto Diet Meal Plan Week 11

Sunday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with feta cheese and sausage
Lunch: Cucumber slices with Garlic & Herb Cheese
Dinner: Shrimp Alfredo and Parmesan Asparagus – I will be having my Shrimp Alfredowith Zoodles and then the rest of the house will have theirs over pasta.
Monday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with feta cheese and Bacon
Lunch: Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken – Use it to make lettuce wraps, and make it in the crockpot on Sunday to have all week and salad.
Dinner: Keto and Low Carb Cheeseburger Soup
Tuesday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with feta cheese and ham
Lunch: Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken – Use it to make lettuce wraps, and make it in the crockpot on Sunday to have all week.
Dinner: Tuna Stuffed Peppers
Wednesday
Breakfast: Keto Waffles with Bacon
Lunch: Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken – Use it to make lettuce wraps, and make it in the crockpot on Sunday to have all week.
Dinner: Lasagna Stuffed Peppers
Thursday
