Here is this weeks Keto Diet Meal plan. If you are wanting to change things up a bit with this keto meal plan you can. If a recipe is not something that you have a taste for then you can change it out for a different recipe.
I know not everyone eats 3 meals a day and a snack, so totally make the meals work for you. If you don’t eat breakfast, just skip that one. Personally I have coffee for breakfast, either Keto Coffee or Bulletproof Coffee.
I didn’t include desserts in the meal plan, however if you are wanting some tasty Keto Desserts we have quite a few that we love.

Keto Diet Meal Plan Week 10
Sunday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with feta cheese and sausage
Lunch: Cucumber slices with Garlic & Herb Cheese
Dinner: Shrimp Alfredo and Parmesan Asparagus – I will be having my Shrimp Alfredo with Zoodles and then the rest of the house will have theirs over pasta.
Monday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with feta cheese and sausage
Lunch: Cucumber slices with Garlic & Herb Cheese
Dinner: Lemon Garlic Chicken and Lemon Roasted Asparagus
Tuesday
Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs
Lunch: Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
Dinner: Zucchini Noodles with Garlic Cream Sauce and a chef salad.
Wednesday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with feta cheese and spinach
Lunch: Cucumber slices with Garlic & Herb Cheese
Dinner: Hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill and I will be making mine into a lettuce wrap burger and Sautéed mushrooms, and green beans with bacon.
Thursday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with feta cheese and spinach
Lunch: Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
Dinner: Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Jalapeno poppers and Lemon Garlic Shrimp. I will probably make a salad to go along with it as well.
Friday
Breakfast: Bacon and cheese omelets
Lunch: Zucchini Pizza bites
Dinner: Spaghetti Squash Au Gratin and Salad.
Saturday
Breakfast: Bacon and cheese omelets
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Shrimp Scampi Spaghetti Squash and salad.
Sunday
Breakfast: ham and cheese omelets
Lunch: Zucchini Pizza bites
Dinner: Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole and salad
