Having a Keto Diet Meal Plan will make sticking to the Keto Diet easier as with any way of eating. This Keto Diet Meal Plan will help you plan meals that will keep you on track with eating low carb and keto.
This Keto Diet Meal Plan can be adjusted to what works for you. If there is a recipe that has ingredients you don’t like you can switch it out for a different recipe. You can also adjust your servings and your meals to fit with in your macros for the day.

Keto Diet Meal Plan
I know the hardest thing about sticking to any way of eating is figuring out what to eat. I meal plan all of our meals, weekly and always have because it makes my life easier. So I figured I would start making meal plans up to help you guys as well, when it comes to sticking to Keto and Low Carb.
I also know that not everyone eats 3 meals a day and a snack, so totally make the meals work for you. If you don’t eat breakfast, just skip that one. Personally I have coffee for breakfast, either Keto Coffee or Bulletproof Coffee.
Low carb Diet Meal Plan
I will also let you know that I stick closer to a Low Carb Diet Meal plan, then a full Keto diet meal plan most of the time. This is mostly because I like a lot of veggies. I eat more veggies and salads then would fit into my macros for a day if I was sticking to a strict keto diet.
One thing I also find that makes my life easier is to prep snacks and have them already in snack containers so it is easy for me to grab and go as needed. We have a great list of Keto Snacks that you can check out if you are looking for more keto snack ideas.
You can also use meal prep containers and do the same for lunches if it will make your life easier. I know it makes my life easier to be able to grab and go.
Whenever we have salads, I make full of veggie salads with lettuce, green peppers, lunch meat, cheese ect that fits in with what I need for the day. I cut the veggies up and the meats up and let everyone make their own salads.
Keto Diet Meal Plan: Week 1
Sunday
Breakfast: Baked Avocado with Egg and Bacon
Lunch: Keto Cheddar Broccoli Soup – Make and eat for lunch today and then have it for lunches during the week.
Dinner: Lemon Garlic Shrimp, salad and Whole Roasted Cauliflower
Snacks: Everything Bagel Celery, string cheese, Keto Cheese Chips, and Chunky Avocado Dip
Monday
Breakfast: Ham and Egg Cups Breakfast Recipe
Lunch: Keto Cheddar Broccoli Soup
Dinner: Taco Salads with Crockpot Barbacoa
Snacks: Everything Bagel Celery, string cheese, Keto Cheese Chips, and Chunky Avocado Dip
Tuesday
Breakfast: Keto French Toast
Lunch: Keto Cheddar Broccoli Soup
Dinner: Spaghetti Squash Alfredo with Shrimp
Snacks: Everything Bagel Celery, string cheese, Keto Cheese Chips, and Chunky Avocado Dip
Wednesday
Breakfast: Baked Avocado with Egg and Bacon
Lunch: Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
Dinner: Crock-pot Bacon Cheddar Cauliflower Soup and Salad.
Snacks: Everything Bagel Celery, string cheese, Keto Cheese Chips, and Chunky Avocado Dip
Thursday
Breakfast: Eggs and sausage – scrambled or sunnyside up depending on my mood.
Lunch: BLT Avocado Lettuce Wraps
Dinner: Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps using Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip and Salad.
Snacks: Everything Bagel Celery, string cheese, Keto Cheese Chips, and Chunky Avocado Dip
Friday
Breakfast: Eggs and Bacon – scrambled or sunnyside up depending on my mood.
Lunch: Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
Dinner: Italian Chicken and Cauliflower and Salad.
Snacks: Everything Bagel Celery, string cheese, Keto Cheese Chips, and Chunky Avocado Dip
Saturday
Breakfast: Eggs and Bacon – scrambled or sunnyside up depending on my mood.
Lunch: Clean out the fridge day, any left overs in the fridge everyone can grab for lunch.
Dinner: Spinach Artichoke Chicken Casserole and Salad
Snacks: Everything Bagel Celery, string cheese, Keto Cheese Chips, and Chunky Avocado Dip
