Keto Crockpot Bacon Ranch Chicken
I LOVE Chicken Bacon Ranch just about anything. I love the combination of flavors that come about when you combine chicken, bacon and ranch. This Keto Crockpot Bacon Ranch Chicken, has all the flavors I love about my Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Casserole but no pasta! Plus to make my life easier I have made it so this Crockpot Keto Bacon Ranch Chicken is cooked in the crockpot!
I do also love my keto chicken bacon ranch with broccoli, but sometimes I just do not want to have broccoli. Plus sometimes I am running like a crazy chicken and need something I can just toss in the crockpot and have cook all day long so dinner is ready when I need it.
Every time I make this easy keto crockpot chicken recipe my whole family loves it. They all clear their plates and tend to ask for more. There are times that I double this recipe so we have it for lunches the next day, as it tastes just as good reheated as it does right from the crockpot.
Low Carb Crockpot Recipes
This keto chicken recipe ends up with a creamy chicken dish, that has just a little kick in it from rotel diced tomatoes with chilis. If you are also looking for the perfect side dish, green beans with bacon is one of our favorites!
If you are wanting a dessert, then you HAVE to make these Keto Chocolate Covered Almonds! Sooo stinkin good!
If you are strict Keto then you will want to use homemade ranch to avoid fillers. I pick my battles with making sure eating keto fits in my life, it is a part of my life, but doesn’t run my life so I go lazy on certain things, like ranch dressing. I know I could make my own ranch dressing however making my own ranch dressing takes more time then using a packet of ranch dressing or the bottle of ranch dressing.
How to serve Crockpot Bacon Ranch Chicken
Whenever I make this Tom and the kids like to put it on a bun and make it a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Hello! I don’t live a full keto lifestyle just a low carb high protein! I try to stay under 100 g of carbs a day and under 1600 calories. This meal is higher in calorie count that what I normally eat. If it’s cooked without the cream cheese would it cook as well? I was also thinking it would be good and quick in the instant pot! Thanks for your help!
Stephanie says
I would keep the cream cheese but cut down on the shredded cheese.

Hi! This sounds amazing! But, you say to put a can of rotel in the crockpot then put the chicken on top before cooking. Then you say to put the can of rotel in when it’s done. So are you suing two cans of Rotel? Or when do I put the rotel in?
MidgetMomma says
Sorry about that! I fixed it, its one can at the end 🙂

I noticed the directions say to pour the can of rotel in the bottom of the crockpot and then to place chicken on top. After cooking it says again to pour the can of rotel on top? Which is it or do I pour half in in bottom and half in top after cooking?

The recipe says to put the tomatoes at the bottom of the crockpot and place the chicken on top. Later it says to mix in the Rotel at the end. The recipe only calls for one can of Rotel, when do you put it in?

Do you pre cook the bacon?

The six pieces of bacon are put into the crockpot uncooked then you cook the remainder of the bacon to crumble on top.

Can you cook this on low instead of high? I want to make this during the week at work so the 4 hours won’t work for me.
Stephanie says

This is amazing! I didn’t have dry ranch seasoning but I had a packet of dry BLT dip mix and a packet of cucumber dill dip mix so I used both and crossed my fingers. Turned out delicious! Can leftovers be frozen?
