This Keto Chocolate Chaffle Cake is technically not a chaffle because there is no cheese. BUT there is Chocolate so combine Chocolate and waffle and you get chaffle! It works right? I think so :D.
You can have a tasty low carb chocolate cake made with a chocolate chaffle in under 10 minutes! It is fantastic!
Chocolate Chaffle Cake
The great thing about this Keto Chocolate Chaffle Cake recipe is that you can have a tasty low carb chocolate waffle cake in about 10 minutes! And it is super easy to make too!
You can make this chocolate chaffle in a normal sized waffle maker if that is what you have. It will make 1 large keto chocolate waffle. I personally like using the Dash Mini waffle maker for when making my chaffles because it is small, budget friendly and the clean up is SUPER easy!
When I make this low carb chocolate waffle recipe I like to top it with frosting. It does add more carbs, but I am ok with that. If you are wanting lower carbs skip the frosting and top it with keto whipped cream instead.
I personally like to have frosting on the top and in the middle of my chocolate keto cake, but you can also just spread it in the middle and turn it into more of an keto oreo chaffle verses a cake.

So I made this last night and it was so yummy. Ate half of it and put the rest in the fridge. When I ate the other half today it tasted EXACTLY like a Devil Dog. Those were always one of my favorites. YAY!!

I made one of these for myself tonight, and two of my teenagers ate half of it. It was AMAZING. I’ve been doing keto for more than three months and have managed but with very few options for sweets. I have options now! Thank you for such a special gift!

Quick Question… The recipe as written is enough for a regular size waffle iron??? Thank You…
Lauren says
it is to make 2 in the mini waffle iron, but if you put it all in a normal sized waffle iron it will make 1 large waffle.
