Keto/ Low Carb Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
One of our favorite meals is my Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Casserole. However when eating keto pasta is a no no so I needed to find a way to make our favorite casserole into something we could all enjoy. So I came up with this Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole.
Yes I could just pick around the chicken bacon ranch pasta when making it but it is a pain in the butt to do, so I set to work to create this tasty Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch dinner. It is AMAZING! Honestly no one even missed the pasta in our normal dish when I got done testing different recipe creations to come up with this one. A few recipe tries under delivered, but this one rocked it!

Fresh or Frozen Broccoli
For this keto casserole recipe to make things easier I just buy the steamer bags for my broccoli but you can use fresh broccoli if you want to as well.
What to Serve with Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
Normally we keep things quick and easy when we make this bacon ranch chicken casserole for dinner and just serve it with a side salad. But there are lots of tasty low carb side dishes that go perfect with it!
Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole Ingredients
- 2 pounds raw chicken breast
- 1 pound bacon
- 12 ounces broccoli
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon powdered ranch dressing
How to Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
There are two ways to make this Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole, one on the stove with a quick heat in the oven or all of it in the oven.
Stove top Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cook bacon and set aside.
Leave bacon grease in pan and use to cook chicken. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and cook till they are fully cooked.
While cooking chicken steam broccoli.
When chicken is done cooking in a large bowl mix the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, and garlic powder.
add chicken and bacon to bowl and mix until everything is coated.
Get a baking pan and drain broccoli, place broccoli on bottom of pan. Layer chicken and bacon mixture on top. top with cheese.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Full Oven Bake Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Cook bacon in pan on stove. let the bacon cool and crumble. Keep bacon grease in the pan.
In a bowl mix Bacon, ranch, sour cream and cream cheese.
Get a baking pan, Use bacon grease to grease your baking dish.
Add chicken (Uncooked) to dish Then add the broccoli on top, then add your bacon and cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. (Until chicken is cooked)
Remove baking dish from oven, and top with cheese. Put back in oven until cheese is melted.

- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese

- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 package ranch dressing dry mix

- Preheat oven to 350. Cook bacon and set aside.

I plan my day to where some meals have no carbs at all, then I use my carb allotment at other meals. If that makes sense. Also take into account the fiber if you are basing it on net carbs when counting your 20 carbs for the day.
