Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs
If you are like me then you bought an instant pot because it was the cool thing to do. Then it sat in the cabinet for what seemed like forever before taking it out. Finally it was used, you realized just how much you love it and how many things you can make in it.
I made all sorts of things in it including cheddar broccoli soup, teriyaki chicken, and even InstantPot funnel cakes. Then a friend of mine told me that I can make InstantPot yogurt and the whole family loved it.
When they got done cooking and I was peeling them (which is super easy to do) I decided this is how I was going to make them from now on. Peeling the shell is sooo much easier and you really can not mess them up at all.
