- 1 box Funfetti cake mix
- 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
How to Make Cool Whip Cookies
In a large bowl, add the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg and beat with a mixer until smooth and combined. Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Remove the cookie dough from the fridge and preheat the oven to 350.
Pour the powdered sugar into a small bowl and using a cookie scoop, scoop balls of cookie dough and then drop in the powdered sugar. Roll the cookie dough ball in the powdered sugar to make sure you fully coat the cookie dough ball.
Place cookie dough balls on a greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake cookies for 12 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown at 350F.
Cool the cookies for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet then transfer the cookies to a cooling rack.
