When I was growing up my one of favorite movie was The Little Mermaid. I would watch it over and over again. I still love watching it when my daughter wants to watch it. I was able to get her this very cute Ariel costume for her to wear while we are in Disney. I wanted to be able to wear something along with her. I just searched for little mermaid silhouette. This was my favorite one. You can make this with any characters silhouettes.

Print your image on the matte side of a piece of freezer paper. Cut all of the black parts of the image out using an X-Acto knife. Place the black part onto your shirt, shiny side down, and iron in on.
Put another piece of freezer paper inside the shirt to keep the paint from bleeding through. Mix a few different shades of yellow and gold. Using your Q-tip, dot the yellows all around the top half of the Silhouette.
You want to have a lot of dots around the silhouette and making thing lighter as you go out. Mix a few different shades of blue. Using your Q-tip, dot the blue all around the bottom half of the Silhouette. You want to have a lot of dots around the silhouette and making thing lighter as you go out.
Let it dry over night. Peel off the freezer paper.
