Line a large tray with wax paper or a silicone mat.

Dip half the apricots into the dark chocolate and half into the white chocolate, after dipping carefully place each apricot on the tray with enough space that they will not touch.
Make the chocolate strips on the apricots by dipping a fork into the white chocolate, gently move the fork back and forth over the dark chocolate apricots to create strips and then into the dark chocolate, gently move the fork back and forth over the white chocolate apricots to create strips.
Let set up full then cover or transfer to an airtight container.
