How to Freeze bananas whole
The hardest part of this recipe is making sure you have frozen bananas on hand. I like to keep frozen bananas in the freezer so I can just pull them out and make this smoothie whenever I want to.
To easily freeze bananas whole just peel them and place them on a baking sheet in the freezer for 2 hours. Once the bananas are frozen remove them from the baking sheet and place them in freezer bags back in the freezer.
If you want to freeze the banana in pieces that is easy too! Just peel the banana, place pieces of banana on a baking sheet and place in the freezer for 2 hours. Once they are frozen store in the freezer in freezer bags.
