Looking for the Burger King Low Carb and Keto items? You are in luck! This list of Keto and Low Carb Burger King items will help you with making your food choices when eating at Burger King.
Burger King Low Carb
I am not a big fan of eating fast food, however there are times when eating fast food is needed. We do family road trips and as much as I would love for us to sit down for every meal, or to live on Keto snacks, that is unrealistic. Knowing what are realistic expectations are very important when sticking to any way of eating. Having unrealistic expectations does nothing but set you up for failure, so I am on the hunt for low carb and keto friendly meal items at fast food restaurants to help you guys out.
Burger King Keto
First up is Burger King Low Carb and Keto options. Just about any of the burgers at Burger King can be made low carb and keto by ditching the bun and ketchup. Tomatoes and onions on your burgers will add carbs, however I like my veggies so for me I keep them on, even though it does make them higher in carbs. Also the easiest way to ditch carbs when you are at Burger King is to skip anything that is fried.
