When you are ordering at Arby’s the obvious is the bun or the bread as are ordering fries or the breaded chicken items. Those are no goes, however there are some other things that should be avoided as well. Tomato and onion will add carbs to your meal as well. When it comes to Arby’s this is one place where you will want to skip the bacon, they use sugar in their bacon.
If you are looking to add more flavor to your bunless sandwiches, Arby’s sauce has a lot of flavor however it does have 4g of carbs per packet.
