Grinch Hot Chocolate

Evaporated milk Whole milk White chocolate chips whipped cream sprinkles Green food coloring

Ingredients

Step 1

In a saucepan combine the evaporated milk and whole milk, turn the heat to medium heat on the stove and bring it to a boil. Keep an eye on the milk so it doesn’t boil over.

Step 2

Remove the saucepan from heat and add the white chocolate. Stir until all of the white chocolate has melted.

Step 3

Slowly add a drop of green food coloring to the warm milk one drop at a time until you get the green color you want.

Step 4

Mix well to have the green color all the way thru the hot chocolate. Pour into your glass.

Step 5

Pour the grinch hot chocolate into a mug.

Step 6

Top with desired toppings - whipped cream, mini marshmallows, red jumbo heart sprinkle, green sprinkles.
