Spinach and Artichoke Chicken Chaffle
I love spinach and artichoke dip. It is my all time favorite dip recipe. It is the recipe that inspired my amazing spinach and artichoke chicken casserole and my instant pot spinach artichoke chicken.
Those take some time to make though so when things took off with chaffles one of my first to do list chaffle recipes was a Spinach and Artichoke Chicken Chaffle! It took a little bit of time to perfect it, but the final recipe is bursting with flavor and amazing!
To make things easier I use a rotisserie chicken. If you don’t have one on hand you can use any cooked chicken breast for the chicken.
What to Serve with Spinach and Artichoke Chicken Chaffle
We dipped these in a few different dippers to find out which one we would think went best with these keto chaffles.
Over all everyone in my house agreed that they tasted best dipped in sour cream. However they were also super tasty dipped in ranch dressing and homemade alfredo sauce. But you do not have to dip them in anything if you do not want to because they are flavorful enough on their own.
What is a Chaffle?
Simply put a chaffle is a waffle made with egg and cheese. Now from the basic chaffle recipe you can make MANY different varieties of chaffles just changing up the type of cheese that you use.
You can also change up the flavors by adding different things to the basic chaffle recipe. There are seriously endless possibilities when making keto chaffles.
How do I cook a Chaffle?
I have been cooking my chaffles in the Dash mini waffle maker. If you do not have a mini waffle iron you can grab one on amazon. They are awesome and totally budget friendly. The basic chaffle recipe will make 2 chaffles in a mini waffle maker.
You can also use a normal sized waffle maker you make keto chaffle recipes. When using a normal sized waffle maker the basic keto chaffle recipe it will make 1 chaffle.
If you have a lot of people in your house, consider grabbing this waffle maker that will make 4 keto waffles at the same time!

Spinach and Artichoke Chicken Chaffle Ingredients
- egg
- cooked diced chicken
- cooked spinach chopped
- marinated artichokes chopped
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- cream cheese
- garlic powder
How to Make Spinach and Artichoke Chicken Chaffles
Heat up your Dash mini waffle maker.
In a small bowl mix the egg, garlic powder, cream cheese and Mozzarella Cheese.
Add the spinach, artichoke and chicken and mix well.
Add 1/3 of the batter into your mini waffle maker and cook for 4 minutes. If they are still a bit uncooked leave it cooking for another 2 minutes. Then cook the rest of the batter to make a second chaffle and then cook the third chaffle.
After cooking remove from the pan and let sit for 2 minutes.
Dip in ranch dressing, sour cream or enjoy alone.

- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ounce softened cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg
Instructions

- Add the spinach, artichoke and chicken and mix well.
