Oh boy are you in for a treat with these Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip waffles! Seriously with this whole chaffle craze I think I have found my absolute favorite keto chaffle recipe that I have come up with! The sweet taste of chocolate, combined with peanut butter in a chaffle… OH EM GEE!
Panut butter and chocolate are one of the best flavor combinations and this Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Chaffle Recipe is no exception!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Chaffle Recipe
Next time I make these I am so putting some keto whipped cream on top and then adding a few extra chocolate chips! This time I sprinkled some powdered swerve confectioners sweetener on top and they were amazing but I really think that adding whipped cream on top will take them over the top!
Chaffles are for ANYTIME!
I may be going a bit over board with making tasty chaffle recipes as far as my kids and husband are concerned but I don’t see it stopping any time soon! It might have been the fact that it was 2am, came downstairs and told Tom I had a new chaffle recipe idea that I wanted to try.
Then I proceeded to go to the kitchen and and pull out my Dash mini waffle maker. He came into the kitchen to see me pulling peanut butter and chocolate chips from the cabinet and said “I didn’t think you were going to try it now.”. I asked him, “when did you think I was going to make it?”. That resulted in him shaking his head and walking out of the kitchen.
I then continued on my merry way creating what turned out to be an amazing chaffle recipe, that had the perfect balance of peanut butter and chocolate with no hint of egg or cheese being in there.
Yes, I also made him try them to make sure it was not just my 2am brain thinking they were good. His response, “These are the best ones yet! Can you clean up and turn the kitchen light off now please.”
Quick and Easy Chaffles!
Of course that meant I had to make another batch to take photos of them so I could share it with all of you. 15 minutes later, the second batch was done, photos were taken and I was nice and shut the lights off. I love that chaffles are so quick and easy to make! But any way, long story short this peanut butter and chocolate chip chaffles recipe is for sure a keeper that I am going to be making this week for breakfast at least once!

What do you cook a chaffle in?
I cook my chaffles in the mini Dash Waffle maker because it is cute, tiny and makes the perfect size for me chaffles. If you want to use a regular sized waffle maker you can.
The difference is that with a mini waffle maker this recipe will make 2 chaffles, a regular sized waffle maker it will make 1 keto chaffle. You can use both sized waffle makers, I just really love my mini one because it is so dang cute!

I just made this for breakfast this morning. Delicious! I served it with butter and SF syrup, just like regular waffles. I’ll be making this again, for sure.

Does this have the strange cooling effect? Otherwise I’m excited to try this
Savanah says
Sarah,
Swerve doesn’t give that minty cooling aftertaste you can get from some sweeteners 🙂
