Here is this week’s keto diet meal plan! I apologize for being late, we had a wedding this past weekend and got home late yesterday night.
If you are wanting to change things up a bit with this keto meal plan you can. If a recipe is not something that you have a taste for then you can change it out for a different recipe.
I know not everyone eats 3 meals a day and a snack, so totally make the meals work for you. If you don’t eat breakfast, just skip that one. Personally I have coffee for breakfast, either Keto Coffee or Bulletproof Coffee.
I didn’t include desserts in the meal plan, however if you are wanting some tasty Keto Desserts we have quite a few that we love.
- Sugar Free Vanilla Cupcakes
- Keto Salted Caramel Frappuccino
- Sugar free Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Eggs
- Keto Chocolate Macadamia nuts
- Keto Buckeyes
- Keto No Bake Cookies
I do also want to say that as the weather gets warmer, I tend to not cook heavy meals as much as I do during the colder months. We start to get busy busy with outside fun, going places and just enjoying the sun so quick and easy is my goal even more so during the nice days. I also tend to use the crockpot more then my oven, because I do not like to add extra heat to the house.
If you are needing to up your fat making fat bombs is a great way to do so. They are easy to make and then keep in the fridge and eat them as needed. Pinterest has TONS of fat bomb recipes that are perfect for keeping on hand.
Keto Diet Meal Plan Week 14
Monday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with feta cheese and sausage
Lunch: Turkey and cheese lettuce wraps using romain lettuce
Dinner: Hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill, Sautéed mushrooms, and green beans with bacon.. I will be making mine into a lettuce wrap burger.
Tuesday
Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs
Lunch: Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
Dinner: BBQ chicken cooked on the grill with Parmesan Asparagus and salad. I use sugar free BBQ sauce when making BBQ chicken.
Wednesday
Breakfast: ham and cheese omelets
Lunch: Turkey and cheese lettuce wraps using romain lettuce
Dinner: Grilled steaks, Green beans with bacon and brussel sprouts with bacon
Thursday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with feta cheese and spinach
Lunch: Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
Dinner: Bacon Wrapped Scallops, and Lemon Garlic Shrimp and cheesy brussel sprouts with bacon I will probably make a salad to go along with it as well.
Friday
Breakfast: Bacon and cheese omelets
Lunch: Turkey and cheese lettuce wraps using romain lettuce
Dinner: Low Carb Taco Salad – using grilled chicken instead of ground beef.
Saturday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with feta cheese and spinach
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Salads with hardboiled eggs, tomatoes, romain lettuce, grilled steak and Garlic Lime Dressing
Sunday
Breakfast: ham and cheese omelets
Lunch: Italian Sandwich Rollups
Dinner: Easy Baked Shrimp Boil
