Here is week 5 of our Keto Diet Meal Plan. I do this Keto Diet Meal Plan each week to help you with planning your keto and low carb meals for the week.
This Keto Diet meal plan can be adjusted to what works for you. If there is a recipe that has ingredients you don’t like you can switch it out for a different recipe. You can also adjust your servings and your meals to fit with in your macros for the day.
This Keto Diet Meal Plan is designed to help you plan your meals and have less stress. I know at times it can be hard to plan and when it is hard to plan it is hard to stick to a way of eating.

Keto Diet Meal Plan Week 5
Personally I have coffee for breakfast, either Keto Coffee or Bulletproof Coffee most days. I have included breakfast ideas for you as well for those of you who do eat breakfast in the mornings.
Keto Snacks:
Normally I plan all of my snacks, this week I am slacking a bit and have not planned them and I am going to just figure it out as I go. Might be a bit stressful, but I always have keto snacks in the house so I should be ok. Be sure to check out the full list of Keto Snacks for snack ideas.

Planning for Keto Lunches
This week I am making a big batch of taco meat, using homemade taco seasoning so I can have Taco Salads for lunch for the week. Each day I can change up my salad to what toppings I want on it, but having the taco meat already done will make my life a whole lot easier during the week.
Keto Diet Meal Plan
Sunday
Breakfast: Omelets
Lunch: Crockpot Buffalo Chicken using lettuce to make wraps
Dinner: Garlic Cream sauce over Zoodles for me, Pasta with Garlic Cream Sauce for the rest of the house, and salad.
Monday
Breakfast: Hardboiled eggs, which i will make hardboiled eggs in oven, with bacon or sausage depending on my mood, and strawberries.
Lunch: Low Carb Taco Salad
Dinner: Barbacoa Burrito Bowls (The rest of the house will have burritos and I will skip the tortilla) with toppings for everyone to make their own and homemade guacamole.
Tuesday
Breakfast: Eggs and Bacon
Lunch: Low Carb Taco Salad
Dinner: Chicken Broccoli Alfredo with Salad.
Wednesday
Breakfast: Hardboiled eggs, which i will make hardboiled eggs in oven, with bacon or sausage depending on my mood, and strawberries.
Lunch: BLT Avocado Lettuce Wraps
Dinner: Chicken Pesto Spaghetti Squash
Thursday
Breakfast: Keto Avocado Toast
Lunch: Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
Dinner: Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole with a veggie
Friday
Breakfast: Hardboiled eggs, which i will make hardboiled eggs in oven, with bacon or sausage depending on my mood and blueberries.
Lunch: Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
Dinner: Burgers on the grill with Capocollo Wrapped Asparagus
Saturday
Breakfast: Keto Avocado Toast
Lunch: Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
Dinner: Cheeseburger Soup and Salad
Sunday
Breakfast: Keto Avocado Toast
Lunch: Lunchmeat Rollups, while the rest of the house has sandwiches.
Dinner: My favorite Shrimp Alfredo for the family and I will have Shrimp Alfredo over Zoodles along with salad, which uses my favorite Alfredo Sauce Recipe!
