Reindeer Cinnamon Rolls
For as long as I can remember, even as a kid Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls were our Christmas morning breakfast. Since having kids, I continued the tradition and we have Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls every Christmas morning.
Using canned cinnamon rolls, these Reindeer Cinnamon Rolls are super cute and totally festive! My kids love them and I love how simple they are to make!
Sometimes I feel like getting extra festive with our Christmas morning breakfast and make a Cinnamon Roll Christmas Tree or I make these super cute reindeer cinnamon rolls.
These Reindeer cinnamon rolls are great for Christmas morning breakfast, but they would also be great for a Christmas party treat!

How do you know when Pillsbury cinnamon rolls are done?
Pillsbury cinnamon rolls are done when the tops are golden brown. Depending on your oven the cook time will vary from 13-17 minutes.
How do you keep Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls from burning?
I find that they cook best when they are on the middle rack in the oven.
Do Refridgerator cinnamon rolls need to touch when baking?
When you put the cinnamon rolls into the baking pan before baking they should not be touching. They will bake and expand and touch when they are done baking.
What type of pan is best for making cinnamon rolls?
Pillsbury cinnamon rolls bake best in a round metal 9 inch cake pan. If you do not have a round pan you can use a glass or metal rectangular pan.
How long do these cinnamon rolls last?
Frosted cinnamon rolls will keep in an airtight container on the counter for 1-2 days.
How to store leftovers
To store leftovers put them in an air tight container. If they are frosted then you will want to put them in a single layer so the top decorations do not get messed up.
Reindeer Cinnamon Roll Ingredients
- Refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing or your favorite cinnamon rolls.
- Brown Sprinkles
- Miniature pretzel twists
- Red gumdrop candies
- candy eyeballs
How to make Reindeer Cinnamon Rolls
Bake the cinnamon rolls according to the package directions. Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Remove the cinnamon rolls individually from the pan.
Spread the cinnamon roll frosting on top of the cinnamon rolls.
While the frosting is still warm dip into the brown sprinkles.
Add one pretzel on each side of the reindeer “face” towards the top of the cinnamon roll.
Then, under the pretzels place two candy eyes.
In the middle of the cinnamon roll, put a red gumdrop.
Allow to set for about 5 minutes and serve.

- Spread the cinnamon roll frosting on top of the cinnamon rolls and while the frosting is still warm dip into the brown sprinkles.
- Add one pretzel on each side of the reindeer “face” towards the top of the cinnamon roll
- In the middle of the cinnamon roll, put a red gumdrop.
- Then, above the gumdrop position two candy eyes.
- Allow to set for about 5 minutes and serve.
