Tips for Making these Cookies
You will need to use a double boiler, if you have never used one or don’t have one you can easily make one at home follow these directions on how to make a double boiler. It is super easy I promise!
Snowman Poop Christmas cookies Ingredients
- 6 Cups oats
- 1/2 Cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 Cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 16 ounces mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
How to Make Snowman Poop Cookies
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl add the oatmeal and set aside.
In a medium sized bowl add the powdered sugar and set aside.
Make a double boiler and add the white chocolate chips and butter. Stirring until the chocolate melts. Once the chocolate is melted add in the peanut butter and stir until the mixture is creamy.
Once creamy add in 4 cups of mini marshmallows and mix until they are melted.
Pour the butter, chocolate, peanut butter, marshmallow mixture in the bowl with the oats and mix well.
Add the rest of the mini marshmallows and work all of the ingredients together with your hands or the spoon.
Roll the cookie mixture into balls and as soon as you have rolled them coat them in the powdered sugar.
Continue rolling the mixture into balls and rolling in the powdered sugar until you have no more cookie mixture left.
Store the cookies in an airtight container.

These are delicious! I had to cut out about half of the oats though! They were way too dry with 6 cups. I recommend 3-4 cups!

It says to set them on a lined sheet pan. Do they need time to set? How long?
