If you’re craving a big turkey dinner but not all the fuss and hassle that comes with it, you’re in for a treat with this Turkey Dinner Roll-Up! This easy dinner is made with turkey breast, stuffing and dried cranberries for your favorite Thanksgiving flavors whenever the craving strikes!
Turkey Roll-Up
I’m a huge fan of Thanksgiving and I’d be lying if I said the food wasn’t a major reason why! I love the moist turkey, buttery mashed potatoes and stuffing, all topped with some amazing gravy! But the thing I’m not a fan of? Preparing 10 different dishes and the clean-up that comes after.
Enter this Turkey Dinner Roll-Up recipe! It’s exactly what it sounds like – turkey and other sides all rolled up into one. For this recipe, I used turkey breasts pounded flat and thin, then added stuffing (homemade or boxed) and dried cranberries. I’ve seen others add the mashed potatoes and gravy too, but I still prefer to make mashed potatoes on the side and top it all with some gravy.
And, unlike your traditional turkey dinner, this turkey stuffing roll-up does not require all day in the kitchen! In fact, you can have all of the flavors of Thanksgiving year-round in just under an hour!
I love this recipe because I want meals that are healthy and easy to make with children running around and my family loves it because it tastes amazing. That’s always a win win in my house!

Can I Use Homemade Stuffing?
Absolutely! I usually make this as a quick and easy dinner so I tend to go with a box mix for the sake of ease but if I had extra time, I would make my homemade herb bread dressing.
Serving Suggestions
I like to serve this turkey stuffing roll-up just as I would a real turkey dinner, with homemade mashed potatoes and a vegetable side, like oven-roasted broccoli or garlic green beans. You can also pour some gravy over the turkey roll, if you’re a fan of turkey and gravy!
This meal is great served with mashed potatoes and veggies. You can make these tasty homemade mashed potatoes , that are a favorite in our house!
How to Store Leftovers
If you have any leftover turkey and gravy, wrap it tightly or plastic it in an airtight container. Leftover will last for up to 3 days and can easily be reheated in the microwave.
