Chocolate covered pretzels are something I could indulge in all day long. I make some or get a bag and they are gone before I know it. Sometimes when I make my homemade pretzels and want and extra special treat, I made homemade chocolate ganache to dip them in. Oh so good!
There is just something amazing about combing salt with chocolate that brings out the most amazing flavor of chocolate. Combine that with the crunch of pretzels and it is pure chocolate treat heaven!
Aside from being absolutely delish, one of the greatest thing about this recipe is how easy it is to make! You do not even need a candy thermometer to make this recipe.

Pretzel Toffee Bark Ingredients
- 8 oz mini pretzels
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- kosher salt
Pretzel Toffee Bark Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cover your large cookie sheet pan with tin foil. Break your pretzels into smaller pieces.
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat melt the butter and brown sugar, stirring ever now and then.
Once it comes to a boil stop stirring and continue to boil for 3 minutes.
Pour the butter mixture over the pretzels.
Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips on the top and let it sit for 4 minutes to melt.
Using a butter knife spread the chocolate chips smooth.
Sprinkle the top with the salt.
