Can I prep this ahead of time?
If you are wanting to make an easy freezer meal, you can add the pork tenderloin, apples, honey, cinnamon, and apple juice in a freezer bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. When you want to cook it, remove the freezer bag from the freezer the night before to thaw. Then dump all of the ingredients into the slow cooker to cook. I like to put the cook instruction on the front of the bag so I know when I go to make it how long it needs to cook.
