I make this buffalo chicken dip recipe anytime we have a party or we are going to a potluck with friends. Even though I have made it so many times, I am still always surprised how quickly it is gone, even when I double and triple the recipe.

I love my crockpot and I know there are lots of different ways to make buffalo chicken dip, however I like having the ability to just dump all the ingredients in, turn on the crockpot and walk away to get other things done. Thankfully since chicken dip has only 5 simple ingredients, chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese and cheese, it makes for the perfect toss and go party dip.

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients
- Cream cheese
- ranch or blue cheese dressing
- Buffalo style hot sauce
- Monterey Jack cheese
- Chicken
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip
In your crockpot place the cream cheese and use of rubber spatula to soften cream cheese. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
Cook the dip in the covered crockpot on high for 1 1/2 hours. Turn the crock pot to warm and serve.

- 1/2 Cup ranch liquid or blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 Cup buffalo style hot sauce
- 1/2 Cup Monterey Jack cheese

This looks like a good recipe. I made a Copycat of Carl’s Jr. Buffalo Blue cheese Burger last week and the next day used the extra Blue cheese and Franks Buffalo Wing sauce, cream cheese and sour cream to make a dip. It was very tasty. I would like to try your recipe since it uses extra cheese

Hi – I want to make this for a gathering on Good Friday (no meat – but seafood is acceptable) – so – do you think I could use shrimp or some other seafood? Or would it work vegetarian?
